Our newest round of updates is all about cutting down the small tasks that eat up your day. Fewer clicks, less retyping, and one less reason to chase down a client for a status update. See what's new in eimmigration.

Faster addendum completion for I-485s

Import employment and education history from the client profile directly into the I-485 addendum pages. No retyping required.

If your client’s employment and education history is already in eimmigration, it shouldn’t have to be entered twice. We’ve updated the I-485 addendum pages so that information flows directly from the client profile into the form, saving you time and keeping your data consistent.

  • Select any or all employment or education history from the client profile directly to the corresponding I-485 addendum pages.
  • Eliminates duplicate data entry and reduces the risk of inconsistencies between the client record and the form.
  • This capability is coming soon to child fields for the I-130.

Better record-keeping for deceased clients

Deceased Client Fields

Mark a client as deceased, record the date, and keep your records accurate across cases and reporting.

We’ve added a dedicated Deceased checkbox and Date of Death field to client profiles, giving you a proper way to document this status in eimmigration. The field is reflected consistently across the platform—in reporting, questionnaires, and the relevant forms.

  • Check the deceased box on any client profile and record the date of death directly in eimmigration.
  • Pull reports filtered by this field to keep your client list and case records accurate.
  • The field has been added to the relative questionnaires and forms I-360, I-589, and N-644, so the information carries through the case automatically.

Easy access for clients to track shipment progress

Shipment Tracking-1

Keep clients informed on the status of their shipments without follow-up calls.

Shipping packets to USCIS or documents back to clients means a waiting period that can keep clients on edge. eimmigration now lets you share shipment tracking details directly via SMS or email, so clients can follow along without contacting your office for an update.

  • Share shipment tracking info via SMS or email directly from the shipments tab.
  • Clients can stay on top of shipment status in real time—whether it’s a packet headed to USCIS or documents on the way back to them.
  • Particularly useful for high-stakes shipments where timely delivery matters and clients need reassurance.

Next time you log a shipment in eimmigration, share the tracking details with your client in just a few clicks.
